Awareness Motivation CEFA works at grass root level to spread awareness in rural areas motivating the youth and their parents to adopt skill based education which can fetch them and a decent living.
People are encouraged to develop skill sets and enhance their education so that they can earn a better living. Imparting Skill Based training Capacity Building: Imparting skill based training considering the background, education level and aptitude of the candidate.

At CEFA, various vocational training programs, ITI, Entrepreneurship development programs, Modular employable Skill programs are being conducted in collaboration with State and Central Government Agencies, NCVT and Director general training & employment, Indian Institute of Entreprenuership and reputed industrial  houses. Post training support:  Continuous hand holding, guidance and support is extended to the students after training so that they find a suitable career for themselves. 

Mind set towards entrepreneurship is gradually changing and slowly people are opting for it rather than running after government jobs.

CEFA has been working with the Labour department, Sarv Siksha Abhiyan, Swajal, Samaj Kalyan in this field. Creating job avenues locally for trained candidates: This is the next challenge ahead. CEFA is working out a long term strategy so that trained students get opportunities to work locally, on the skills acquired.
